Our policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. (including all tags attached.) It must also be in the original packaging.
For shoe returns, returns must be in original condition (unworn, in original condition, with packaging and shoebox in tact). All shoes must be returned with shoebox in its original condition with no postage labels attached or damage to shoebox.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate such as lingerie, socks, pins, cosmetics, and creams.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be issued in the form of a Gift Card.
Sale items (if applicable)
If approved, your refund will be given to you in the form of a Gift Card for the sale purchase price you paid.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges can be offered in the following scenarios:
- Changes can be made if the order has not been shipped from our location yet.
- Once shipped, all changes will be handled the same as a refund request.

You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
